Are they kidding? Yes it is your responsibility to know how to do your job; and I'm not the only one who thinks so! All across the styling game responsible artists agree with you Jourdan!
"Can you call yourself a stylist/MUA if you are not knowledgeable in all areas?" asks Latavia Dawson of Fabulous Faces. "You should know (how to flatter) all skin tones, especially doing something as huge as Fashion week" she went on to encourage excellence in the craft saying "It's up to you as an artist to educate yourself on things such as that. That's my opinion and now in this day there is no excuse not to know."
